We offer a turn-key solution which includes project management of all removals, relocations and installations ensuring that the projects have been fully surveyed and that Risk Assessments and job-specific Method Statements have been carried out in order to ensure the task is carried out in the safest possible manner.

Health and safety is the number one priority for both us and our clients, Nationwide’s continued commitment to CPD ensures we undergo rigorous training in the sectors we work in including CSCS cards are an absolute minimum with further qualifications in PASMA, IPAF, Hot & Cold Cutting, Confined space, Airside working,, Harness trained and many other associated qualifications such as IOSH and SSSTS

Projects we are regularly involved with (day 2 day) include HV Transformers, RMU'S,  Generators, UPS (Both Rotary and Battery), Industrial Chillers, Sculptures and artwork, Data cabinets and server cooling units, CNC machines, Air handling units to name just a few,   

 To ensure your items of plant and machinery make It to their final resting place without hold ups we offer our enabling team to survey the route and provide the following services;

· Internal plant access hatch removal and replacement (concrete planks)

· Doors and frames to be removed and reinstated

· Internal Services (Mechanical & Electrical)· Plinth extensions

We are able to offer a vast range of new cranes in the form of Mini Crawler, Mobile Tele, Mobile Tower and Bocker Cranes ranging from 0.8t – 1000t capacity
We work in accordance with BS7121 (“The Safe Use of Cranes”). Under the Standard Terms and Conditions for a Contract for the Lifting and Movement of Goods Involving Crane Operation, the safe operation of the crane and the safety and welfare of its operator are the crane owner’s responsibility.
We provide the following as a complete minimum:· Carry out all work in accordance with BS 7121 and LOLER regulations.· Provide a competent Appointed Person* who has the knowledge, experience and understanding of all aspects of the specific lifting operation (Suitable AP selection will be assigned on enquiry).· Plan the lift and operate a safe system of work.· Provide all Method Statements and Risk Assessments.· Ensure that the crane supplied is of a suitable type and capacity.· Provide a crane that is properly maintained, tested and certificated.· Provide a competent* operator.· Provide a qualified and competent Lifting Supervisor · Provide a qualified and competent Slinger/Signaller.* 

Having a fantastic working relationships with many of the local authorities in London and the home counties such as TFL, Camden, Westminster, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Royal Borough of Greenwich to name just a few, we are in constant contact with these authorities so are extremely well placed to receive a quick response and get your prices issues for TTRO’s and ensure your programme is not affected.

· NIS will liaise with local authorities on your behalf and arrange all required permits and temporary traffic orders.

 We will arrange any parking bay suspensions or bus stop suspension and design then implement any diversions that may be stipulated by local authorities.

· We also offer local resident and stakeholder pre work notifications
 

With the added advantage of having a Chartered Structural Engineer with BSc(Hons) on hand to assist with the following services.

· Steel Frame modifications

· Crane stabiliser pad design and calculations

· Overhead beam design and calculations  

We offer tailored plant storage packages to our clients, We can receive single items to full consignments of plant and equipment from UK and European distributors into our secure warehouse facility, 

Our facility has high-level security that is monitored 24/7. 

We are often asked to consolidate equipment into phased deliveries to site – these are stored in bays ready for forward transportation to site when required.
We are also able to offer inspection and small works areas, which are especially useful for equipment which needs to be modified, serviced or tested prior to installation on site.
 

We have access to a modern fleet of both flat bed and HIAB vehicles which are FORS compliant and available to assist our clients with consolidated deliveries to site on the day of installation

We have the following available to assist you,· Hiab Vehicles with lifting capacities from 1t mounted on 3.5t trucks up to 100t mounted on 32t vehicles able to deliver and install using there own 30m arm complete with fly attachments (we also have trailers available to increase the payload from 6t - 15t ) 

· Open bed Trucks from 3.5t up to 44 tonnes complete with or without tail lifts for kerbside deliveries 

· Flat Bed, Semi Low Height Trailers, Waffer Deck Trailers, 150t All Steer Trailers and rear mounted Hiab trailers that are also compliant with Crossrail and FORS
